Public Health Nurses work with community groups, women and health professionals to educate women about breast health. The best defense against breast cancer is early diagnosis so that treatment can begin as soon as possible. For this reason we work closely with the Ontario Breast Screening Program (OBSP) to break down barriers for women 50 years of age and older who are seeking access to effective, quality screening at no charge.
